Our safety record was recognized
by the National Safety Committee of the Associated Builders and
Contractors when they gave us their STEP Award.
It recognizes a contractor's
achievement and ongoing efforts. The Rees Companies achieved
the award's Gold Level.
Rees Companies also received the ABC
Excellence in Construction Award and was named an Accredited
Quality Contractor for demonstrating commitment to excellence
in safety, training, employee benefits, and community relations.
- As of today, Rees is currently over 600 days without a lost time accident or injury for 2008/2009/2010.
For each project we undertake, we perform a job site safety survey.
The findings of each job site safety survey are then shared with the
field superintendent and all employees that will participate on
the project. We ensure all tooling and equipment are inspected prior
to each use to assure a safe working environment.
